This depends on what type of program you decide to pursue. One-on-One sessions are always catered to each individual’s needs so they often take longer than Group Coaching which typically only lasts 2 hours per week for 4-6 weeks.

6. What kind of strategies do you teach for classroom management?

For schools, I focus on training staff members about creating inclusive learning environments and bettering communication between everyone involved in a student’s life such as: staff, parents and other students.

7. Can coaching help with work-related challenges?

Absolutely! My sessions will provide strategies for improving workplace productivity, interpersonal skills, time management and much more!

8. Is online coaching as effective as in-person coaching?

Definitely! Online coaching has been tested repeatedly and proved to be just as effective, if not more so, than in-person coaching. The convenience factor also plays a big role here since you can start sessions anywhere.
